Backorder items
The majority of items listed on website, It typically takes within 14 business days for ” express delivery ” and 20-35 business days for ” normal delivery ” for these items to be delivered to a buyer located in the Malaysia.
This time frames allows us to authenticate and verify your order before ship it to you. However in some cases it may be experiencing delayed on items arrival date than expected time frame due to unforeseen events.Our team will contact you!
Instant delivery items
Items that are labeled “INSTANT” are ready stocks, authenticated and ready to ship directly from our facilities to you. For ‘instant’ order that placed before 7pm, It typically takes 2 hoursfor us to ship it out and arrive to you within the same day. For orders that placed after 7pm, it will only be ship the next business day during our working hours.
Note, all ‘Instant’ order will deliver via our own driver ,grab or lalamove delivery services.
